I need some assistance. I have a patient that we are treating (we serve as an infusion center). Patient is going to receive Remicade (J1745) NDC # 57894-030-01. We are in NY. I needed to find out the reimbursement from an insurance company and I was instructed to get this information from the "Red Book". I do not have a RedBook and was wondering if someone out here in the billing world had a 2011 book that could look it up for me. We were trying to find out what the reimbursement is on the drug prior to the administration so that we can find out if it is a loss or profit.
