Hi!!

I am stumped on this and hoping someone can assist me~:p:p

Pt had a displacement of manubrium of sternum behind the main body of the sternum from a accident 2 months..

Sternotomy was done,A Burr was brought into the filed and utilized to remove the overlapped bone from the under surface of the main body where the had lodge and one this under lapped segment of bone had been removed. It now appears to be uniform thickness to the sternum. Sternum re-approximated with wires.

Any Ideas??
