1) Code an average of 5 inpatient records per hour
2) Code inpatient records
3) Good Communication Skills with leadership qualities
4) Ability to work Independently
5) Meet coding deadlines and have the ability to problem solve.
6) Adhere to Inpatient coding policies
EXPERIENCE:
1) 2 years of inpatient coding experience
2) Coding experience within Acute Care hospitals
3) Excellent computer skills
4) Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology
Ability to work remotely without interruptions
Certification Must-Haves:
RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC
