Scope of work
Pro-fee coding for interventional cardiology and cath lab procedures (diagnostic caths and interventions)
- Review operative/procedure documentation for accurate CPT/ICD-10-CM assignment
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and appropriate modifier usage
- Communicate documentation/coding questions back to our team as needed
- Strong background in cardiology procedure coding (interventional/cath lab)
- EP experience (ablations/device implants) is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with common EMRs/practice systems preferred
