I need some help with this procedure;

This is the procedure they did;
1. Removal of right femoral artery access cannula with repair of the right limb of the aortofemoral bypass

2. Pulsavacustion of right groin.

Here is a description of the procedure;

The patient was returned to the operating room for removal. The right leg was prepped and draped. the previously placed sutures were removed and the ACT was 267 and the Fogartly clamps were applied to the right limb of the graft. After the introducing sheath was pulled out under direct admission, the puncture site was then repaired with running 6-0 Prolene ans vascular clamps were removed.

Thanks
