if provider removes impacted cerumen with otoscope only, can bill 69210 or is it not considered an instrument?
 
What exactly did the provider do to remove the impacted cerumen? I would think the otoscope was simply used for visualization purposes, if not, how exactly was the otoscope used to physically remove the impacted cerumen?
