Hello can some help me with this. Do I use 17110 for the anogenital molluscum and 11302 or 11402 for the sk?

Anogenital molluscum contagiosum (B08.1)
Consistent with molluscum; reviewed this is caused by pox virus, is transmissible, and
discussed treatment options; we decided to treat with cryotherapy.
Seborrheic keratosis (L82.1)
Removed in clinic, pt tolerated well and care instructions given.
Procedure

With patient verbal consent, The SK and surround skin is cleansed with alcohol swab. Anesthetized with 1 percent lidocaine with epinephrine. A dermablade is used to clear lesion from skin. Antibiotic ointment applied to area, bandage applied for dressing, minimal blood loss. Pt tolerated well.
measured about 1.5 cm in diameter
SKIN: Molluscum x2 on right upper anterior thigh.
Large SK on abd that she would like removed.
