Help!!!!Please!!!
Left arm Incision and Drainage with Removal of Left Cephalic Vein at the Antecubital Fossa. Patient had pus in left arm and when they did the I & D it showed the Cephalic Vein as being Edematous and Inflamed.
What code would you use for this? Unlisted?
