Please help!
I have a case where the dr did a bilateral removal of cerumen. On the LT ear he did an irrigation with pulse lavage and on the right ear he used curette and forceps to remove the cerumen. He also had to prescribe a prescription for infection prophylaxis. Do I use both 62909-LT and 69210-RT?
