Removal of Foreign Body -Eye

What is the proper charge if you do an eye tray and you do NOT remove any foreign body? Is it still 65205 or an appropriate E & M. Thanks!
 
I would use code 99070 and the appropriate E&M.
(65025 is the procedure for removing the foreign body and since it was not removed I would not use it).
