Wiki removal of nonunion medial epicondyle - The op note states

Hello..

The op note states nonunion medial epicondyle. "piece of loose bone measuring about 1 inch in length and half an inch thick and half an inch wide was removed and the wound was irrigated."...I am thinking of 24575...any suggestions or ideas??
