What would be the appropriate CPT for removal of paratubal cyst during a C-section? The report reads: Attention was then turned to the left paratubal cyst, which was connected to the adnexa & membrane was severed with the Bovie & was hemostatic after removal of the paratubal cyst, which was sent to pathology.
