Removal of subq loose body

Any ideas on how to code this scenario-- Pt has calcific loose bodies under the skin of
elbow from fall years ago. They are painful, so dr makes incision and "pops them out".
Three stitches used to close wound. Am looking for procedure and dx codes. Thanks.
