We have a breast cancer patient who had a deflation of her right tissue expander. My doctor took her to the OR and did removal of right breast deflated tissue expander and replaced it with a new expander. He wants to bill 19357. Would this be an accurate code?
 
Not my area of expertise but I think I would code the 19357 with a 76 modifier and a complication diagnosis...I would also like to know what other coders think about this scenario...

Just my thoughts!
