Hi. Looking for a CPT code for removal of vagus nerve neurostimulator electrodes only. Not the generator. And no revision/replacement. Just removal. Any ideas?

If it's done via Craniotomy look at 61535

If there is no craniotomy, CPC Assistant July 2019 suggested "report an unlisted code or sum the lengths of the wounds closed and use a repair code (e.g. 12032). I just got ones of these last week and we're trying the unlisted code.
