Can we bill 11750 (excision of nail) for this scenario?
Patient has got a toenail on his right foot on the 3rd toe that looks like it's avulsed and going to come off and wondered if we could address that. Toenail was removed without difficulty, dresssed with triple antibiotic, gauze and a band-aid. Please advise. Thanks.
