If a patient is diabetic and has had a procedure with contrast material. Because he takes Metformin and had IV contrast. The two put an unusual load on the kidneys. I don't know what the dx should be for the renal function panel and the lab draw. I have already noted the diabetes . Please advise me. Thank you.
