Wiki Renal injections w/o catheter placement?

I know it is appropriate to code where the catheter is placed, however, in this particular document I am unsure if I should use 36252 because the doc does not state where the catheter was placed. This procedure was a L&RHC w/angio&LV gram (93460).

Included in the history at the beginning of the document the doc states "...the patient has severe hypertension and because of this, a renal angiogram was suggested."

In the results section of the record, the doc states " Selective injections into the renal arteries demonstrate no evidence of renal artery stenosis."

Should I be using a code from the 70000's?:confused:
