I'M LOST! Can someone tell me if I am using the correct code to code for the carcinoma in the following senerio:
Patient is s/p renal transplant and is having recurrent squamous cell carcinoma's due to immunosuppressive agents. I lean towards 198.2 secondary malignant neoplasm of other specified sites, skin; but can't quite get to that fuzzy feeling place with it.
Any help with this would be greatly appricated.
