We did a renal ultrasound in our office on a pt that his kidneys were 2 different sizes. We were checking to see if he had renal stenosis. The ultrasound did not show any stenosis. He did not have any other symptoms. The only reason he was sent to us is because another test he had done picked up the 2 different sized kidneys. How can we code that?
