Is a dressing consider part of a simple wound repair?:)
 
Yes but not the only part if nothing else was done you can bill just for the dressing I think it is a medical supply code not sure do not have my book in front of me. But where there other procedures done at all? If so you would want to bill with codes from 12001-13160. You should read the guidelines in your cpt book to help you decide. Hope that helps
