Patient was undergoing a robotic hysterectomy. Injury to rectum. The doctor I work for was called in for an intraoperative consult. He closed the enterotomy, also did a diverting ileostomy. I have the code for the ileostomy 44188. Not sure what to use for closing the enterotomy in the rectum. Would you bill both? ICD 10 code I found is K91.72. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
