Child came into our office (Primary care) with a slice on the finger from a knife. Intermediate repair was done code being used is 12041, it was anesthetized using 1% lidocaine 1-2 mL injected.

Please let me know what should be used for the lidocaine injection? As of now this coder assistance on our EHR is using J3490 (Unclassified drugs) and this code does not look correct for that to me.:confused::confused:
