Need help on the coding the following procedures done at the same operative session:

1. Repair of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm/chronic pesudoaneurysm
2. Repair of Right Iliac Artery Aneurysm
3. Repair of Left Iliac Artery Aneurysm
4. Aortobi-iliac Graft Placement (16x8mm)
5. Right IlioFemoral Fogarty Catheter Thrombectomy
6. Left IlioFemoral Fogarty Catheter Thrombectomy
 
It would be most helpful if you could post the OP note to ensure coding accuracy? Without that, I can only point you in the right direction based on what you put. I would take a look at CPT code(s) 35001-35152 OR 35201-35286. For the thrombectomies if they aren't included with the other codes, take a look at 34001-34203, artery.

And if by chance this is for an Endovascular AAA then look at 34800-34834. With those you can also bill your aortic cath placement(s): 36200-RT, LT or 50; and IVUS 37250/75945-26 & 37251/74946-26.
