Repair of Cervical Bed after Cold Knife BX

I have a patient who underwent a cold knife cone bx and approximately 2 weeks later returned with severe vaginal bleeding. The physician took her back to the OR to repair the cervical bed. I am not sure how to code this...any idea's???
 
Trachelorraphy vaginal approach- 57720 with modifier-78, if the global period is like other major surgical procedures. (I am not sure about the global for conization Biopsy)

you would support with V code and an E-Code appropriate too.
