I have a surgeon who wants to "redo" a breast reduction that was previously done by a differant surgeon. He obviously would not be removing enough tissue to get a PA for it. My question is can we use 19380 or is that just for a revision of a reconstucted breast after breast cancer surgery. I think I already know the answer but I just wanted to put it out there for comment. Thank you all.
