Hello,
Can someone please help me with CPT code for global repeat C/S with uterine compression suture, B-Lynch. The uterus was atonic after c/section. I did some research and can't find much about billing a different code than the global C/S 59510. Would I just add modifier 22? Thank you!

There is no code for the B-Lynch suture so you should bill 59510-22. Your physician will have to make a case that additional reimbursement is warranted with a separate letter explaining the work and how long it took.
