Wiki repeat cath same day

My physician performed a heart cath, thrombectomy and stent in the morning on a patient and in the afternoon the patient had a STEMI so was brought back to the cath lab for another repeat heart cath.

My question to you is what is the proper modifier to use on the second heart cath in the afternoon? 76?

repeat catheterization

As the modifier -76 use not allowed for catheterization from the coding software encoder -pro . I think we can use either modifier -59 depending on the situation.
