What is the appropriate CPT code to use when a patient returns for a repeat pap only due to either an abnormal pap or inadequate specimen. We have been charging a limited office visit but is there a CPT code just for a collection of the specimen. I cannot seem to find anything. Help!
 
I did find Q0091 and we are going to try using that code and track it to see how it gets paid. States most commerical insurance companies will pay.
