Can anyone tell me if 19380 (Revision of Reconstructed Breast) includes the replacement of breast implants??? My thought is that it does but I can't come up with that in black and white... Does anyone have any edits that show one way or another??? CCI shows 19342 as part of the Greater Picture - does this mean it cannot be billed separately??? Would really appreciate a response today if possible..... Thank you all SO MUCH!!!!
