Wiki replacement code for 99080?

From everything I read (don't have access to a 2014 CPT book), the 99080 code has been deleted for all usage. Much of what I am finding online is referring to California Workers' Comp. rules.

Is there a new code that could be used in place of 99080 - special reports, for states other than California?

I have a 2014 CPT book and 99080 is still listed in it. There is a note underneath these codes that states "Do not report 99080 in conjunction with 99455, 99456 for the completion of Worerk' Compensation forms." That being said, you should probably check with the Worker's Comp Commission in your state to see what codes they want used, each state is different.
