Pt had replacement of RV to PA conduit with graft (status post Rastelli procedure). A sternotomy was performed and Bypass was initated. After the procedure, ventricular pacing wires were placed and a gore-tex membrane was placed.

Help. Do not know how to code this. Also, is sternotomy included in TGV procedures?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
