I have a case for a replacement of a percutaneous driveline for a ventricular assist device. I am not finding a CPT that matches. Has anyone out there ever coded this procedure? I have emailed the STS but no luck as of yet. If anyone could help it would greatly be appreciated. Just think i am missing something so obvious, need a fresh mind to review.
