Hi...Pt has a dual pacemaker, we replaced the rt v-lead...it was not capped, it was removed, 33216 -insert/replace single lead, but what about the removal...we code by the device, correct? So would it be 33235 removal of electrode, dual lead system? The generator was not removed either. thanks sandy:)
