We have a patient that received their 4th Moderna COVID vaccine. I know that there are 4 CPT admin codes for the Moderna vaccine administration but my question is how to report when we did not actually give a booster dose the 4th time. The patient received the three previous vaccines at two other facilities, and we essentially provided the booster, but we administered a full 0.5 mL dose vs the 0.25 mL dose that a booster should be. Would I report the 0014A anyway since it is the 4th dose or would we have to report 0013A since we administered a full dose?
