I am not sure how to report or if I should report for 3mL of 0.9% normal saline mixed with a medication during a procedure. I cannot locate a HCPCS code specific to this. Can someone tell me what code to use or do I not report?


LOCAL ANESTHETIC: Lidocaine 0.5% - 3 mls
CONTRAST: Omnipaque 240 - 2 mLs
INJECTATE: 3 ml of 0.9% normal saline + 1.5 mL Betamethsone (6 mg/ml)
