In Medicare CPT J2001 bundled with CPT 99213.
What is the correct modifier for CPT J2001 ?

J2001 is for lidocaine infusion not for injection which is why Medicare denied
Lidocaine as anesthetic does not have a code because its not billable. Local and regional anesthetic are bundled into the surgical procedure.

J2001is for Lidocaine administered via IV. So you will need to show an IV infusion or IV push administration with this code. What was the reason for the the lidocaine and how was it given.
