Looking for a CPT code for this.

The OP report reads "The large Chiari network was then very carefully resected from the atrium. Some of this was on the septum and some was just above the tricupsid valve and also on the free wall of the right atrium."

The pathology report states "Fibromembranous tissue and foci of cardiac muscle, consistent with Chiari network"
