Would this be 21620? The provider chose 21630 but not sure that's right?

The patient's identity and planned procedure verified, and the patient was placed on the operating room table in the supine position.
The patient was prepped and draped in the standard fashion. An small midline incision right over the xyphoid was made and dissection carried onto the xiphoid process. This was then resected, hemostasis was secured the rectus fascia was closed with absorbable sutures. The incision was closed in layers with absorbable suture. Dermabond was applied to the closed incision.
Sterile dressings were placed. Sponge and instrument counts were correct at the conclusion of the procedure.
