Does anyone have any information on how to bill for a Resident that will be working in the clinic for a few weeks? Do you attached a Modifier the office code when billed under the supervising physician?

I have a similar question too. Does anyone out there know of a citation regarding new physicians to the practice that are currently in credentialing process now for 8 months and is starting to see pts. How is this billed? who's NPI? I am looking for any citations that say something to the affect "You can provider services However, you are not paid unless you are credentialed with the insurance the pt has including Medicare and Medicaid. Please send me anything you may have I need resources!!!!!!!
