Hello: I am hoping someone can help me out! I am getting two different nswers so I need your help :D

We are a teaching hopsital and we use the GC modifier...The question is "since we are using GC modifier does the resident information need to be present on the claim"? Does the resident info need to be anywhere?

I can not find anything in writing telling me this but the billing office stated must have in order to bill claim correctly and I am not sure if I agree...The hospital would have all the residents info if needed....I just really not sure what is the correct way to do this:confused:

Any help would be very much appreciated!
