Observation Discharge

Admission Diagnosis
1.Fever
2.Bronchiolitis
3.Dehydration

Discharge Diagnosis(Resolved)
1.Dehydration(resolved)
2.Bronchiolitis(Resolved)
3.Fever(Resolved)

I was told we couldn't use resolved diagnosis for discharge visits in observation or inpatient visits. So what do I do when all the diagnosis are listed as resolved?
