Can I bill a respiratory therapy code: 94667 Initial manipulation chest wall, such as cupping, percussing, and vibration to facilitate lung function, demonstration / or evaluation. And the RT makes a second visit with the patient on this same day and bills a subsequent 94668 code.

was this question ever answered? is 94667 initial and 94668 subsequent considered "per calendar date" codes? can you only bill one per day (either/or)? or if 94668 is done later same day as the initial and the day after, what circumstances support appropriately appending a modifier to 94667 on the same day as 94668?
