we have been having a problem finding a current HCPCS code for Restylane. Does anyone know the code set for this drug? Any help is appreciated

Hello, I am also looking for this... pt had a traumatic injury and blepharospasm... Botox injection and Restylane injection. We have billed the Botox injection but we cannot find ANYTHING helpful on the Restylane. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There does not seem to be a code established for this product, so you would have to use the J3490 code for unclassified drugs. You will have to list the info about the drug on the claim and may have to submit a copy of an invoice to prove the cost.
