I am a highly motivated, self-sufficient individual who is a very fast learner with a proven ability to excel with any responsibility. As you will see from my resume, I have over 18 years of experience in accounts receivable and customer service. My computer skills are excellent with Excel, MS Word, Outlook Express and I have excellent communication, follow up and organizational skills. I am very dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute individually as well as part of a team. I personally enjoy being extremely busy, preferably without down time.
I have successfully completed a Medical Billing Specialist and Customer Service Specialist Course at Medical Consultants Instructional Training Center, (MCITC) in Cherry Hill, NJ. I completed the requirements set forth by the NHA as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist earning my CBCS certificate, a Customer Service Specialist, CSS certificate and Certified Professional Coder, CPC-A through the AAPC.
