I have two questions please.
my first one is pt had a j tube replaced in e.r. previous evening and now comes to dr office with dislocation of tube...dr resutures...I googled and at
some point in 2007 this question was asked and the code suggested was
49900, and I was thinking the 12001 category, wondering if anyone as knowledge or suggestion...
my second question is I have pt who had breast ca and reconstruction with
tissue expanders. she is now coming to clinic every other week for filling of
these with saline solution. im thinking I should use 11954 but I want to verify this, or is it just an E&M...I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
