I have CPT 69424 for removal of tube in left ear, but in right ear inspected under microscope impacted crusted blood was removed atraumatically with rosen needle and alligator forceps Canal and TM inspected would you code 92504 for that or could you use 69210? What dx do you use for retained ear tube?
