If a provider does a IOL in March and now has to bring the patient back in due to retained lens fragments, what CPT code and diagnosis would be used?

Thank You for your help.
 
Is the doc aspirating the lens fragments I believe the diagnosis to use is 998.82 lens fragments in eye after surgery
