I am looking for information on the update going into effect 6/1/2025 requiring diabetic codes. We currently put them for E&M and 92235 and 92250 but is 92134 now included in this? Has anyone heard about this? I got a message from my office manager about it and I can't find any CMS update or anything on other payer website. Hoping someone will know. Thanks in advance!
