If infants who are seen for Retinopaty of Prematurity what code would you bill for initial visit and the follow up. Previously, we used 92012 and 92002. Now, we are using 92225 and 92226, the problem with these codes is that the physisican does not do a retinal drawing. Any, help would be appreaciated.
